how long to use brain ????

Hey any idea how long we can use our brain...continuously without putting it to rest .......what if we over use it ..........

ohhhh riyasam u r tremendous person with 4258 article......congrats no she is writing even I read an article when we sleep brain functions to kill all stress ....and secrete some harmones for our growth......
Yes it does not work hard it do a soft work when we sleep....8 hrs is must to sleep ..........

we use our brain 24 hours a day, every day, even when we are sleeping.
if you mean concentrated work: i guess there is a reason why an average work day is 8h. It is the optimal amount of time a person can stay alert and productive. totally focused and concentrated without a break goes for 50min at a time according to some researches.
