Omega 3 Fatty Acids Can Help With Psoriasis?

Psoriasis is a dreadful skin disease and i thought, no treatment so far this days..Hope they will finish the studies about the effect of omega 3 to psoriasis..Thanks for the posting my friend..A helpful topic..Keep up!

Yea I agree with you as you get older it helps you as well as I am taken Omega 3 tablets for joints and also I eat a lot of sardines and I munch on pine nut with sunfolwer seeds, it all good stuff. Thans for the information.

I'm fond of eating canned good "century tuna"..It is reached in Omega 3 fatty acid..It is true that omega 3 is good to our heart..Good posting buddy!

I have a friend who has a daughter afflicted with down-syndrome. Because down-syndrome kids have a low immune system (or so I was told), they are prone to sicknesses like Psoriasis. So my friend's daughter, whenever my wife and I would visit them at their home, would show symptoms of this disease and we would feel so sorry for her because we know she's having a very difficult time. My friend would even tell us that she would sometimes hear her daughter pray to God to take away the pain and the itchiness because I heard it could really cause much pain in the body. Thanks for this post as I could share with my friend the news about Omega 3 fatty acids. I mean even if the studies are still ongoing, there would be no harm in making her daughter eat tuna, salmon, sardines and other fish containing Omega 3 fatty acids. So thanks for the input, norman7.
