early birds or late risers?  |

Ever since I could remember my grams always woke up art precisely 430 in the morning even when she has nothing to do... My mom wakes up at around 7 but I was always the late riser up to 1 in the afternoon when there are no classes... Recently though, it seems that my body clock has changed and even though I am still very much an insomniac I still wake up at 8am periodically for the past mos. My mom says its a sign that I'm maturing... lolz...:) So how about you are you an early bird or a late riser?

| 3. tonythetard (48) | 1 year ago | is 9pm a late time to wake up? what if i told you that i work nights? hehe... i try to get at least 6 hours of sleep a day, but any more than 8 and i feel groggy. BUT i will say that when i worked durring the day it took every bit of willpower i had to wake up and get to work in the morning. but now that i work nights again i will wake up at 9:30pm even without any alarm or anything, so if i forget to set the alarm, or whatever i still wake up in time to get to work:)

4. currykai (279) | 1 year ago | I am very much like you where I am a late riser. I find that I am super 'smarter' or productive to complete my assignment or studying after 11pm. Then i will only sleep at 2 to 3am and wake up at 7am to go to work! crazy huh? But usually I will come back after work around 6am and take a nap then I will wake up and have my dinner(or supper) around 8pm and then again 11pm I will do something again during weekdays. During weekends, I will just sleep until 1pm to recuperate all my sleep losses. I know it sounds really bad my sleeping habit but it seems ok for me so far.

It's like I can function better, do my research, finish projects etc. when it is in the evening as compared to waking up in the morning to do it... I don't think it's bad for me too but my mom says that it may not work out like that when I start working 9 to 5's.. yikes hehe:)

( against my will ...:) )... getting up early rally helps to kkep ur body healthy .. getting up>> going fr a jog>> exercise>> HEALTHY LIVING
