Saturday morning lazies!

This morning has really been lazy for me. I thought we were going to cut grass all morning, but perhaps my husband had a different thought in mind. After all, he works hard on his job all week, usually lots of overtime. And it is a very strenuous job. He had said he needed to rest, but was going to cut grass today. I had said let me do it next week. So perhaps that's what he is going to do.
I got up and fixed breakfast and sat down here at the laptop. I'm still in my gown! Now that is lazy. Well, I'm also watching the olympics volleyball match between USA and Japan. I'm pulling for USA to win and they are 2 to 1 in the games. Japan is leading 16 to 15 right now in the 3rd game.
We have a community watch meeting this afternoon but my husband said yesterday he didn't think he would go. But perhaps he's changed his mind, since we are cutting grass this morning. It is really too hot outside to be cutting grass. It really puts a damper on outside work. And he works out in it every day 8 to 10 hours! So I guess he can be lazy this weekend.

I have been exactlly like you. However I did get up and have a shower and brush my teeth. That is as far as I have taken it though. I did put my pj's back on though LOL. Today I just have no motivation to do anything at all. I just want to loaf around and relax. If you are cutting grass the best times to do it are early in the morning and early evening. Sometime when it is cooler than that humid icky sticky stuff that most are getting. Don't want your grass to turn all brown and icky now.

LOL haha this is me pretty much every morning. I don't have to get up and go to work or anything like that so I am pretty much lazy everyday because of a dang back injury.

Well, I'm pretty much lazy whenever I want to be, too. I am a homemaker, but I don't let it get me down. 
I usually get up and turn on this laptop! I may make it to the kitchen and make breakfast first, but most mornings, I'm sitting here in my easy chair, computing first thing.

Nichole, you are energetic! I'm still sitting here in my gown and it's after 11AM! I really need to get up and get my clothes on and get busy! But the seat feel so good! I don't know if we are really going to cut any grass or not. We'll see.

I have been totally lazy today. I started off good this morning by making everyone breakfast - 5 people - 5 different breakfasts. I know I spoil my kids but one day a week I'll do it, plus it doesn't take too much effort to make breakfast. Anyway, I cleaned up the kitchen and then I took to 2 little kids out to buy school supplies and drop off books at the library. Then my 22 yr old asked if she could pick up my 5 yr old and take her to her apartment for a sleepover. After my 5 yr old left I planted myself on the couch, my husband got take out for dinner and I didn't move. I never just blow off a Saturday but I did have a headache and I had a really bad week at work so maybe I just needed a lazy Saturday to sit and watch tv. There is always tomorrow to catch up on the cleaning.

I worked ten hours today, and will work seven hours tomorrow, after church. I have other lazy mornings. It was wet all day. I think I am going to brush my teeth and go to bed.
Have a good night's sleep. My husband just came in and informed me that we might be getting rain tomorrow. We can use it.

Uggg I wish this morning was lazy, I had to be up at 5 am to go to work. when i got off work I did be a bit lazy and took a nap, then I had to clean the house, and get all of that done, Yeah me lol. I don't even get to be lazy tomorrow because I have to go in and close my store tomorrow night. One day maybe I will get to be lazy lol.

Saturday mornings are for CARTOONS! Even as an adult..some times you just have to be lazy and relax/cut out the stress!

Cartoons! Now that brings back memories. I used to get up on Saturday morning, turn on the television for my children, and sit down and watch cartoons with them. It was a happy time! We might eat breakfast before we watched them, or perhaps have breakfast between cartoons. We did go to the table, something most families never do together much anymore. And you are right; cartoons is a good stress relief!!

Yes for alot of people the weekends should be a lazy time for them for they work hard all weekend and deserve time to rest and do what ever that is not to strenuious. I am not sure what I have in store for today yet so far your looking at it but that's just me this is where I ended up when I woke up the morning on mylot doing discussions. I know I can call a friend very easily and say let's hang out and she would in a heart beat but I don't know if I'm up for her comeing over then want to go galavanting all over town shopping or what ever. I think I am just going to do mylot for the day and see what lies ahead for later.

I all depends, but I have allergies with grass clippings so i really cannot be outside when someone mows the lawn.
But i love the smell, yes. I do. Weird huh.
I have lazy saturdays too, but it only last until 2pm. Because my little girl has art classes on Saturday, and she loves it so much that around 10 she is alreay bugging me asking if it is time.
So a short but sometimes lazy days for me. I do alot of house cleaning on weekends because that is the only days we are free.

I am just about to start housecleaning, have a lot to get on with. I had a lazy morning. I did stay in my pyjamas until midday. We did some grocery shopping and now I am ready to get on with more housework. I wish I had someone to help me...

Saturday I cleaned my house, my mom's house and gave her a bath. Today, Monday, I was real lazy. I should be ashamed of myself because my mom needs me everyday, but today I let my niece give her a bath. I sat in front of the computer all day.
