1.  Adoniah (2675) | 1 year ago |  I have not researched it yet, but I do know that there is something in soy that does not agree with me. I avoid it like the plague. It is getting more dificult to avoid it too because it is in everything. It seems that the worse something turns out to be for us the more they stick it in our food!!!
Everytime I eat something with soy I start to sneeze and shortely after eating my stomache hurts and usually that will be the last meal I can eat for the day. Good diet food except I have a problem since I keep losing weight and don't need to.

I researched thyroid conditions and the article said that soy is not good for the thyroid. Now I'm wondering, did the soy tablets cause my thyroid problem?

For women who test "estrogen positive", when they have breast cancer, their body is producing too much estrogen and the estrogen feeds the cancer. Because of this, medication is taken to block estrogen production, thus, any additional estrogen found in soybeans or soy products becomes a big problem. I just can't believe that I can't avoid soy in most all processed food. | |
