Messages for newcommers! Its not about the earnings its about the learnings!  | |  I thought that was a good short saying with a ring to it that explains how a true mylotter must feel here in 9 simple words.
"Its not about the earnings its about the learnings!"
Its basically saying that mylot has more to it besides the little cash you earn. You end up learning alot of facts you find in many discussions. I think mylot is a great way to improve typing skills, aswell as spelling and grammar. It also keeps you reading without even having to open a book.
I was curious if anyone else could come up with any short sayings that tell a fact about mylot. I posted this discussion because i felt it would be helpful for the new commers here on mylot. We should all be trying to help them establish the right attitude on here so they don't end up like the more rude and disrespectful mylotters that you find on here sometimes.

So far I have no idea how much I have or haven't earned and to be honest I don't care. I'm having a blast here, getting to talk to people with lots of different view points on lots of different subjects.
There'll always be those that are just in it for the money but their posts will always identify them.
I'm still getting my head around everything here. . . Is there any way of getting more people to respond to your posts or is it just pot luck?
