Am I wrong, Is it okay for a 38 yr old woman to want to sleep with a 16 yr old?

I am so glad to know that I am not the only one that thought there was something wrong with this. Yes she really has a son so she says. Makes me wonder how she can think it is alright but she said she would not care if it was her son doing it. I think she was just trying to justify her behavior.

Yeah it seems that way. She's going to say it's fine for everyone else to do something she is just so it doesn't look bad.

I was going to respond to this topic but decided to applaude your comment. What is wrong with this (adult??) female. She should be reported. If anyone I knew where I worked was doing this the Human Resources Department and the Labor Relations board for the state I live in would have some work to do.

I am glad to know I was not the only one terribly angered by her comments and attitude. It made me extremely agitated. The state this happened in though says that they can consent at I believe 15 so even if I reported it nothing will be done. I am going to look into it though. I do think however he and she will just deny it and then it is my word against hers. It is disgusting and it makes me very angry.

I do not know what a 16 year old and a 38 year old would even begin to have in common. It is not my son this is happening to but it still is not right. It does not depend on if the boy wants it or not. It is wrong. He is to young to know what he wants right now. Do you give a 5 year old all the candy they want because they want it? Knowing it will cause a belly ache or rot their teeth? Do you let them have something you know will harm them because they want it? No we as parents try to protect our children and this boy in my opinion needs protected from this woman who is old enough to be his mother. Children at this age are easily manipulated.

He seems like a sweet kid and I do remember him asking her advice on how to know if a girl really was into him. So I think you maybe right about him not knowing. I do not want my children around her and I do not want to work around her any more either.

I think that it depends on the state. If I am not mistaken in the state this is in a minor can give consent at 15. I did not tell this woman this. I will have to do some checking to see what I can find out.

Oh I believe she knows the term for all day the next day she keep trying to joke about 20 to life and saying if I was only 10 years younger. Like that would have made it any more legal or moral. I am not sure but I think the age of consent is 15 in this state. If that is the case legally nothing can be done. I as well don't find teenagers attractive in that way, you are right they are kids. They grow up fast enough without people like that helping them along.

I agree that if this boy was older the age difference would not matter as much. I think until people are in their mid 20's they have not had a chance to really live their lives and figure who they are. They are more apt to know what they want and able to make better choices as they mature. Thank you for a wonderful reply.

She says that she is married to the love of her life and I guess he is around her age. I don't get how you can be claiming one day to be married to the love of your life and the next be flirting with a 16 year old. I agree 100% that a kid that age don't have the self confidence to say no.
