Do you prefer the analog format or digital format of watches?

Even since I was a child I was fascinated by the digital format of time-keeping with seconds too written in numbers. I guess it was easy for me then to read numbers. Also I preferred the 24-hour format over the 12-hour format. Which one do you prefer and why?

Analogue. I prefer analogue coz i find it easier to manage my time. Kinda like cutting up a layer of cake or pizza. Hehehehehe.

Yeah, analog's not that bad though, like you said but sometimes I wonder what's the time when one of the small hand gets hidden behind the larger one.

Hehe. That was what I found confusing before too. The 6:30s and the 12:00s etc. Reminds me of my school days when we used to have those lessons.

I bet. I always used to ask my parents what the time is supposed to be when we can see just one hand. Now, it seems very funny when I remember those innocent times.

I prefer the digital format though. I was not very quick with counting when it comes to the analog type. When I was younger my friends and I were always advised to use the analog type so that, as young kids, we would be able to practice how to tell the time or count. All that math stuff. But I was more into the digital format at the time. I'm using a wrist watch with the analog format these days. Not that I learned too late haha, just that preferences change over time.

It doesn't make that much of a difference as the main purpose of telling the time is pretty well is covered by both the formats. It's just a kind of belief that analog is for grown-ups and digital for kids. But it hardly does matter and one should follow what one is comfortable with. To tell you what, I know quite a few of my 25-year old friends who watch Tom & Jerry even today

Both serve the purpose, but as a child I always preferred the digital one as you could see the date and also use it as a stopwatch. But, now I think analog looks more professional and for grown-ups.
