Do you go to a spa for skin care?

i got relaxed,when i sleep. no spa can help me to do that.i went to spa once,but that was the most boring thing i've ever done in my life.

I do go to the spa once in a while. I feel that I need to reward myself with such every once in a while. Luckily, my aunt, a dermatologist owns one here in our city. She actually has several in the north. I get good discounts not only for spa but also skin care services. I also get discounts for lotions and creams that I get from them as I do have a very sensitive skin. I also get discounts for the medicines I need for my skin allergies. I think you should try going to a spa. It would help you relax after a very busy day or week.

I do not go to a spa, but once in a while I like to go somewhere to relax. A hot tub is great and so is acupressure and acupuncture! It is fun to take good care of myself.

Me too...I haven't gone to a spa for skin care before and not going to even if it is free. The reason why I don't go is it is more economical to do my own home facial spa and it saves time. Going to a spa is time consuming and yes they will charge you alot. I do my own home facial spa twice a week using beauticontrol products.
