i 100% agree with you, look at the lives he has destroyed because of his disgusting selfish sick mind, if i had it my way i'd have set the scum bag on fire and left him to burn to death, pity there's a law against that eh? why should we pay to keep him in luxury in jail...he's committed a haenus crime and only gets 45 months...is the judge blind or stupid....?

i'd say the judge was both blind & stupid.

In this case I'd say that the judge is as quilty as the criminal for letting this criminal serve only 45 months and then being set free to do it all over again!

Hanging is too good for him; setting him on fire would be too quick as well. These types of people need to suffer, horribly, over and over again for each child they've victimized! I love the response a couple below this one... hang them upside down naked from a tree and let fire ants have at them!

Unfortunately the judges can't just do what they want to either. They are held to the level of the law that is allowed for them to put on someone. They themselves in most cases would tell you they would have put this person to the most horrible thing they could if the law allowed them to. But they have to saty inside the limits of the law. What needs to happen is people , many people get togethaer and try to get the law changed and make sentencing strong for all crimes so people will be less likely to do them or if they do a stiff action will be their just reward. Start a petition, get people to notice and change the laws.

it's ridiculous, moondancer has the right idea, people should get a petition for people like this and have them incercerated for good, these kids were put through hell because of this vulgar pig, and he only gets 45 months, it's sikening, i think the judge is as sick as him if he was to only sentense him for that length of time, i think the judge should go back to school and learn about the justice system again then come back and do his job properly, obviously he's missed something here....

so it's all down to the inconvenience of the court, time and money....WHAT????? they cannot be bothered going through the whole trial because it's wasting THEIR time, and THEIR money, that appauls me mental, i do think that your right by saying this, he made a plea bargain, pleaded guilty of EVERYTHING so they gave him a measly 45 months for putting these kids through hell, i would like to see them deal with this if it were their children, i don't think they would be giving this pig 45 months...it's all wrong and very upsetting knowing that this nut case will be free in no time at all...i am so against things like this because of a past experience in my family, but we won't go into that, these people are disgusting selfish dirty vile animals who get off on hurting little kids, all they think about is their own sexual saisfaction and nothing else i would love to take the law into my own hands and show these animals what pain really feels like...it's just not fair on these poor children is it? it's like a slap in the face to them, how insulting....

castration sounds like the answer, cut em off and ram them down his throat, no seriously, he should be kept in a place where the people know he won't go and hurt kids again, but some of these people slip the net and re-offend, giving him 45 months is a terrible insult to the kids and their families, they should (like you said) tag him, have him watched 24/7 so he has no private life at all, put his face all over the media and put poictures of him in every store, phone box and where ever theres room for his picture to be put, ban him from computers for the rest of his life, he will never get a job because of his criminal record, so he would have to find a way of feeding himself, he wouldn't last long in this society i wonder how he will do that, the best thing for people like him is euthenism, but that's not allowed here....i'm sorry but i feel strongly about such things and people who hurt kids should be punished in a way that they will never forget....just like these poor kids...

tatty in my eyes you have nothing to apologize for. Most people including me feel the same way you do. But beyound making changes to the law their is nothing legally we can do about these people that are not human or have any thoughts or feelings for anyone but themselves. They make me sick. ANd if one of them messed with one of my grandbabies, I don't think he would need anything but a coffin. I'd be the one in jail.

oh yes KARMA will get him, he won't be safe for long, i hope the biggest prisoner gets to him and gives him what he deserves, he won't be safe for long....so KARMA will come and get him eventually...

i blame the justice system for allowing people like this back onto the streets, it's just adding insult to injury for these children, why should he get 45 months when these kids get a life sentense...it's disgusting...

well in last nights paper it said that lots more pardophiles had been caught because he opened his mouth, so this explains the 45 month sentence, so yeah i agree, he has told the authorities about the members in his website, he offered the hardened paedo's an elite membership so they could go to a secret room to look at the more explicit images of children being raped and molested, what is wrong with these people, i can imagine that some of these members have a family, wives and kids and lead a normal life until they switch on their computers...i think the legal system is up the wall...none of them know what they are doing any more, this is a huge slap in the face for the children and their families...it's terrible...

no i don't mean that, i mean this guy was the ringleader, i heard that quite a few of his members have been caught, i really wish they could find every child abuser in the world, but that will never happen, i just think that this sentence is way too short for such a crime

no disrespect to you, but people like him should not even breathe the same air as us, and should be put out of their misery so they don't do such a thing again, so NO i won't put myself in their shoes, i don't think the same as a vulgar animal like him, he should be euthenised....simple as....
