I would love to however to have some other sources of income before i reach 30. SO if by 30, if I am not happy with my work, I can just quit and concentrate on my other side jobs/ business.

To answer your question, if I were already over 30, I wouldn't find another job. For one, it's difficult to find a new job at that age unless you were an executive from your previous company. I'd rather continue with my job and be contented with it.=)
