Need Some Motivation

I have been doing really well on my weight loss but lately I havent been eating so good. Im still exercising at the gym so hopefully I will have burnt some of it off but I wont lose as much if I dont eat healthy. I think my problem is that I comfort eat. Ive been quite down lately and seem to turn to food quite a lot. Im always pretty tired a lot and sometimes cant be bothered to make something healthy.

I'm sorry you've been feeling down recently! When you're tired, it's harder to eat healthy, but you can do it. Maybe, on days that you're not so tired you can make up meals and freeze so that you've got some 'lazy days'. Have you tried checking out recipes for easy, healthy meals that don't take very long to cook?
Congrats on keeping up with the exercise! For me, that's the first thing to fail in my fitness plan, so I admire your sticking to it.
