Isn't it strange how fast the grass grows when it rains? And it has been raining since Tuesday. I won't complain. I LOVE the rain.*smile*

What part of Florida are you in? I am up in Volusia county and have seen hardly anything of the storm. Mostly just dark clouds, a little wind, and rain off and on. We are suppose to catch it when it comes back inland later tonight though. Brevard got the worst of it by far so far. I hope you arent down there.

Polk County, We have some light drizzles right now, and it's still windy outside. Brevard has just started getting it today I think. Christ seems a bit concern about flooding. Hope your counties fair well.

Hi Mzkuma, Yes without the rain the flowers wouldn't grow but too much of it and the weeds overtake and the grass turns to mud. Ellie :D

No mud to worry about. Just grass that appears to grow overnight. Can't cut it while raining or when it's wet (not with a push mower anyway). My husband really needs a rider. If he gets one I'll help him in the yard then. Flowers do flourish also.
