what is the difference of friend and best friend

well I guess weall have a few friends but I guess a best friend is probably the one you spend most time with and maybe consider so special that you tell them some things you probaly wouldn't tell most of the others..

i think it depends on the situation. ive had many friends in my time but even more best friends. my beste friends have always been the ppl i hung out with all day everyday. the ppl who sleep over on the weekdays even tho u got school the ppl who no really how poor u r and how much u really do like that boy. ur best friends is also the person who knows how much u love that new boy and wen he said he didnt love u back ur bff was there telling u hes no gud. then wen u werent listening she threatened to make him walk diffrent for teh rest of his life. cuz she always was there for u . there someone who wont leave ur side for another friend. specially wen u need them there.

A friend comes over to watch football and drink my beer and eat my food.

Almost the same but best friends is more higher. I mean they are then just friends. Best friends are the ones you can lean on, trust on, count on. A friend is someone you can trust and maybe count on, but not all the time . Not like a best friend. A best friend will always be there for you. No matter what.

For me a friend is you don't really share so many things like secrets. A friend can come and go. It's only hi and hello. Yes you can talk to a friend,but you can't be you really. A bestfriend is someone you can really trust and be your self that you can open up everything and accepts you for what you are.Some one that could really you can trust everything.Can listen to you all the time and really understand you more.Have a nice day!

Many friends, real friends just one or two months is enough! Is the friendship relations between friends,and the use of each other, of course, please do not "use" to the misunderstood. i have lots of friends and i think you do have lots too. but i have few best friends.
for me i only shares my secrets to my best friends. they are the ones who are always their for me in my ups and downs. they understand my actions and moods even without talking.
i do share stuff about me with my friends. but if it involves my family and very personal decisions, i choose to share it to few people.
here in mylot, i have lots of friends. they only know me because of my post. but we don't have the personal touch yet. but i considered them as my friends... and im blessed to have them. i learned a lot from them.
