I found this article in yahoo today. It just intrigued me that even yahoo run this kind of articles. Well, you can't help it. Some relationships really do end up in "break up". So what is one to do when this happen? Here are ways that the writer from yahoo suggests:
1. Ride off into the sunset
Well, I guess, watching the sun goes down makes you calm down and think about other things.....That is just my thought....for some, this may even not help...especially if this is an activity that they used to do together....
2. Apply the Wizard of Oz effect
What is the "wizard of oz" you may ask. According to the article, it is when you cry and do whatever it is you do when just to release the pain "when the curtain is down". Which means when YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN and NO ONE SEES YOU. This seems to be eeffective so that you could show him/her that you are able to deal with it privately.....
3. Enact the verb "breaking up"
Simply means, GET RID OF EVERYTHING THAT REMINDS YOU OF HIM/HER. It may be as simple as the pen you are using but nonetheless, the sooner you get rid of "reminders", hopefully, the easier it would be for you to forget....
4. Don't Look Back
Very simple words, need not to be explained. When a thought starts to creep up there....JUST STOP!
5. Remember you'll get over it.
It takes time, but it would definitely happen. So just let it be (as the beatles song goes).....
THOSE ARE THE WAYS THAT THE YAHOO ARTICLE AUTHOR SAID YOU COULD GET OVER A BREAK UP. HOW ABOUT YOU? HAVE YOU TRIED SOME OF THIS? OR HAVE OTHER WAYS OF YOUR OWN?
