Yes as soon as anyone one is acccepted as a friend or I accept them I put the notify on. Howvere I don't answer every single discussion as some I can't really think of anything to say if it's not relevant to me! x

I turned it on, I got 400+ friends and most are not active but I love to be notified when everyone of them will come back and post! lol!

I turn the notifier on at first. Then as I receive discussions I make a decision whether to leave it on or turn it off. These are normally my guidelines: If I like the quality of discussions. If I respond to the discussion started and my response is answered. If the answers are not just a simple generic answer. These friends I normally leave ON. On the other hand: If you don't answer my responses to your discussion repeatedly. Post umpteen discussions per day that are clearly not real discussions but only thoughts to generate funds. That your answer to my responses are generic "thanks for responding" or one liners that clearly mark in my mind that you are really not interested in the discussion but only rushing through each discussion. These friends I normally turn OFF. I am getting ready to go through my friends list now and turn off a few "friends" so as I no longer receive notifications on their discussions.

i have all of my friends on notify but my email box gets so full because everyone is really active so i dont get to reply like i would like to to everyone but at least i know im not missing out and to me i feel i should be more loyal to my friends before looking at other peoples since they obviously check on mine more than strangers

Initially I turned them on. But soon turned them all off as I cannot find important mails in my mail box. Now that I have a changed mail ID specifically for mylot I will turn them on again

I have some of the notifyers on but they clutter up my email so i only turned on a few for now.

I had a few turned on but ended up turning them all off. I can't stand going to my email and finding pages and pages and pages of started discussions. It would honestly take me forever to go through them all. And for me it really isn't worth all that time. I do however go through the discussion under "friends started" and go through the ones that intrest me or the ones that I have something to say.
