Is there effective herbal remedies for painful menstrual cramping?

Dont tell me Midol or any other over the counter. ibu and all that stuff those have mild to to severe allergic reactants. I will get hives, red rashes. I am turning to a different approach that will help my severe menstrual pain. Please help!

I may have responded to you before, anyway here are the natural remedies if you can get the items listed...
1. Hot Stout swizzled with aloes juice
Dose: 2 pints of royal extra stout, divided into 4 for 4 days treatment. Hot and swizzled with 3 teaspoons of aloes juice.
Drinkthe following twice daily, the day before menstration si due. Boil together thick or broad leaf thyme, clove and dried orange peel.
