You can do nothing much about it though, if you don't like watching the series with her, the least you can do is not to say anything detrimental or discriminatory or any negative remark that will hurt her feelings... Your mom has a sensitive heart which is a good thing. However, what you could do is just be there for her and talk to her about what she saw. It always helps to talk about things and not keep it bottled up inside. Crying isn't a bad thing either for it also gets it out.

Hi vimaal, don't worry my friend because many people do the same. It is part of the fun to watch TV series LOL. I have seen men crying when watching a movie so why your mother can't does the same?
