Lucky your not in China!

omg thats crazyy . i dnt no wat i wud do . wait scratch that i do no wat i wud do. i wud move . aha. my ipod is like one of my best freind. aha. its crazy i just cant belive there doing that i ditn think that china was liek that but imsorry for ur lose.

It does not surprise me.
When they were awarded the Olympic Games the government promised to keep the internet open, to allow live broadcasts and allow journalists to have free reign.

Each of these promises were broken.

China wants its policies to be followed without question. Anyone that questions the policies are arrested and thrown in jail.

They are a strict government and must use fear and censorship to keep control over her people. If there is unrest is is quickly and severely addressed.
Many people from China would want to see some of the freedoms the rest of the world enjoys, but will not speak out for fear of retribution from the government.

I think as time passes after these Olympic Games the people will have seen first hand that individualism is a good thing and may not want to blindly follow what their leaders dictate to them.

I think in the next few months or years, there will be more unrest in China.
Instead of controlling it by stomping those that dare speak out, they should listen to her people and change some of the policies that have held her people down for so long.

They must be careful though, because once they open that can of freedom, they may find it difficult to stop the natural progression of her peoples desire for choosing their own path and to seek out the freedom the so much deserve.

I wonder how many will be killed or jailed when this time comes?

Oh, I love my country! I like to travel but here I want to stay 'til the end of days. I am sure someone will figure out a way to unscramble the jamming signals and ipod will rule again. You can't keep a good itunes down!

Why can't China just let this go? First off if China was as good as they think they are Tibet wouldn't mind being part of China. If you love something you can let it go. China should follow that mantra.
