My Beta fish Picasso died today  |

|  I know he is just a fish to most people, but we had him for over a year. I grew to love him fish or not. He was so beautiful when he swam in the tank. His beautiful red tail would spread out like a fan. I will miss him. I loved to watch him swim. The last couple of days he wasn't acting like his usual self. He wasn't swiming & he wasn't eatting. My husband tried to tell me he was dying, but I didn't want to believe it. We had him for more then a year. In fact he was the first fish we bought, way before we bought any of the others. I'm just so sad. I keep telling myself it's only a fish, but to me he was more then that. I will really miss him.

| | I know Picasso was the same way. Thats how my husband & i knew something was very wrong. Usually he knows when we are about to feed him & he will immediately swim up to the top. Last two days he just stayed at the bottom, never moving, just slowly breathing. I think I knew he was dying, but I kept hoping for the best. | | | |

| |  I am so sorry about your fish Picasso. I can completely relate. I have a fish named voodoo because his mouth looks sewed shut like a voodoo doll. He has grown really large over the past year. He is my favorite and I know should he die my heart will be filled with sadness. I enjoy all the others and would be sad if they died but they don't hold my heart like voodoo does. They beg for food like a dog does and they each have their own personality. I never knew how amazing they were until this set of fish. So to others they might just be fish but to us they are our loved and cherished pets. I am truly sorry to hear about the loss of your pet.

| |  I like Beta fishes very much,they are very cute to see.I have two beta fishes in my office and it is a blue and white colour fish.These fishes should be kept in a aquarium and with plenty of water.Without water no fishes will live.Beta fishes life span is 2years.These fishes swams very fast and we can watch in TV different types of beta fish picasso everyday.It Looks very cool and i love it very much.
