Could you do it?

I dont think I could ever do that. But thats because we're not in a situation thats a matter of life and death. If I will be confronted with one, and my life or loveones'life is at stake, i will be willing to hurt someone so bad for self-defense or to protect my loveones. If i will be using a gun, i will aim at his legs or shoulders.
i dunno. Maybe thats what i'll do.

if it was in self defense of myself or another, i think i could do it, but to just randomly walk up to someone and kill them then no, i wouldn't be able to live with myself

I could never kill a person out of hate and disgust for them, that would just be too sick and mentally stressful, plus very immoral for me! The thought of death scares me enough, I would not want to put anyone through my biggest fear in life, death, I do not want to be responsible for the last breath someone has- the guilt would live in me forever. Now on the other hand, if someone threatened my life and were definitely going to kill me, if I had the chance before they got to kill me, I would take their life, for example if someone was going to shoot me, and I somehow got their gun and they were going to fight me for it, they would be dead in a second, I will not lose my life to someone that is trying to kill me on purpose with hate. Now if someone was trying to rob me and they had me at gun-point I would just give them what they want, there's no use risking your life for money, but you can risk your life and their life if your life is no matter what going to be taken if you don't defend yourself. if i hated someone or just disliked someone. or if someone looked at me the wrong way. then no i couldnt

but if i was being attacked. helded hostage, raped any thing like that. then yea

There are some days where I scratch my head and wonder why killing isn't legal. This usually happens after someone has pulled out in front of my Mother or me while we are on the road, and we had to slam on the brakes hard enough that our drinks topple out of the holders. It sickens me to know that people are not looking at where they are going and they are risking not only their life, but mine and my Mother's as well.

But, if I were in a situation where I was confronted by another person, and it was my life or theirs, I would kill them if they did not kill me first. My life is more important to me than any one else's, and it would be foolish of me to give up my own for theirs.

Yes. if some one in my family or myself were being threaten I would have problem killing to protect them. If I saw a child or an animal being abused I would do all I could to stop it. I would not aim at the arms or legs, I would aim at the chest. Sorry but I am so tired of people being afraid to protect them self because "it's not nice to hurt some one no matter how bad they hurt you". I don't think so.
