| 4. wolfie34 (13930) | 1 year ago |  I can actually relate to that on the other side of the coin my friend, if I may it's been the other way round, because I have told so many ex's in the past that I love them and I never meant it, I just said it to appease them, to keep the peace, it was like a bargaining chip if you like. Because it saved so many arguments and I preferred a quiet life and that I think is why so many people say they love someone and they don't to avoid unpleasantries and bad feeling, to keep the peace if you like, it's easier that way, not that I am condoning it, it's just sometimes you need to say it for your own protection or for an easier life
