This is what I have started doing and it really is great and actually is good for us. I add brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, celery and any kind of veggies, oh yeah, and tomoatoes to my eggs and scramble them all together, then I top with shredded cheese. It is GREAT! Have a blessed week.

I am really having a hard time coming up with any. Of course I did not eat lunch today so my mind is on a full coarse meal.
My wife is the one who cooks. Here is what she does that make the best green beans that are low fat and taste great without grease.
2 cans of green beans (not french cut although I'm sure it would work too)
2 tsp onion powder.
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tblsp of Blue Bonnet lite stick butter
Let cook for about 15 minutes (NOT IN A MICROWAVE)

That sounds yummy.
I will have to try that. I've only made beans like that with cream soups. Sounds like it may have the same taste minus all of the calories. This would be very true if you put non-fat butter substitute. I'll try it and post back on that as well.
Get more from your wife if she has more; if you would please.
Thank-you

This veggie main dish really looks good. Roasted squash and bell pepper tart. Cut up squash as summer, patty pan or zucchini, red and yellow bell peppers, sweet onion or fennel, Parmesan cheese, frozen puff pastry or pizza dough, cherry tomatoes, fresh thyme
