Where do you prefer to work? In Government department or private companies?

in our country ,it is great to work in government,salary is high and you almost need not worry about unemployment,it is a steady occupation.but it is not easy to get that job,competition is hot,so many people hunt for that position,rate is little,less than 1 percent,sometimes!

Well not sure what government that you are talking about, but in US, on my scale of comparision goverment jobs don't pay anywhere near where I would want my salary to be. I guess if you are looking for career developement opportunities are available. People have a tendency to work forever with the government because of what they perceive as job security, which I don't think really exist. Here lately with the state of economy you can't say anymore how long your job or position will be available. I worked in corporate america on a senior management level and now own my own company. I like the idea of a having unlimited caps on my income. And the power and freedom to make my own decisions.
