how do you trust?

I think you know that trust is earn. I don't blame you dude to feel that way caused it happened twice or maybe more. You just love her too much! And you accept everything about her and it's part of loving her. It takes time to trust... It takes time to regain also trust... especially if it happened so many times.Even your in a relationship both of you still have your own life. It shows that you love her more then she loves you I think so.Why don't you just talk to her about this matter and discussed what you feel. Love is sometimes not wanting to know the truth and accepting why is she doing this to you. Be open about it before in the end just getting hurt and expenting nothing in the end. Reality bites aaaa! Or just follow her visiting her that she's not expecting you will be around! How many times will you forgive and still she wont change for you if she really meant that she loves you very much. OK. Here's the thing. She lies to you. You need to have to lay it out in front of her. She needs to tell you what is going on and you need to decide if you can believe her anymore. Do you have a way of knowing when she is lying? Some people do certain things while lying that they don't do when telling the truth.
You are going to have to decide whether you can live with her lying to you.
Nobody wants to be lied to. Which is worse in your mind being with her and having her lie to you or being without her? If you can't handle the lies let her know where things stand. That she needs to be straight with you or it is over.
Don't let her start a fight with you. Just tell her how it is and let her think on it.
I know what it is like to be lied to and cheated on. It is a bad feeling.

If i trust that means i love the person so when i trust i make sure that i love the person. But sometimes you can't give your trust ven if you love but though I need to be more mature enough to know when to trust people when not.

I'm so sorry about this. As a girl,I even don't know how to console you. It seems that you haven't solve the problem now and you still don't know why she lies to you. You should know if she really loves you now. I'm sorry to say this. But I hope you two can solve the problem without fight or break. Good luck.

Geez, I really had a hard time sinking your? and finding the right words to advice you with trust issues. In my opinion, if you're in a relationship.. it's somewhat a priority to let your lover know what you've been up to or if you're busy and stuff so that he/she won't worry much or maybe even suspect things. That's where the "trust" part happens. It is when both of you are not together, or both of you are away from each other. Even if your girlfriend doesn't update you all the time, its all up to you if you trust and believe her whatever her excuse is for the late reply, call or text. As from reading your discussion, it looks like she's covering something up so that you two wont argue or worse, having to break-up. As from the fact that she lied and cheated before, its never an assurance that she wont repeat the same mistake/s over again. It could be possible that shes hiding something or shes cheating on you.. but because you are miles away from her, you can't do anything about it but to "trust" her even if it may disappoint you, hurt you or break your heart in the future which I hope isn't gonna happen. You love your girlfriend to death and that's all there is to it. If she really loves you, she'll just have to remain faithful or if not, I hope she'll be honest with you with whatever things that you deserve to know. It is your right to know and I hope she knows that. "The truth hurts for awhile but a lie hurts forever." Anyway, just continue trusting your girlfriend even though at times you may suspect her of something. You'll just have to wait till she opens or admits something to you instead of thinking lots of negative things about what she may be doing whenever she goes out, etc. because your just hurting and/or tiring yourself out if you continue thinking those things.
