Do you think Pattaya Thailand is a heaven on the earth or hell?

I've been to pattaya for so many times both on my duty and private and seen the same picture which is a lot of tourists from around the world having fun and enjoy themselves, especially for drinking and having sex. Pattaya is a lot of both thai hooker and other country.if we take a look for short of the time it seem to be the real heaven on the earth where people can get or have whatever they want such as, relexing or enjoying with musical,drinking along with cute girls,and etc..and the price is lower than you think because of the lower of Thai baht currency. On the other hand if we take a look closer and longer it could be a hell on earth too especially in the regard of Thai buddhist which is believe that drinking and having sex with other who is not wife or husband is a sin and lead the way to the hell..and that true which is not have to wait for the next future ..say drinking is lead to risky activity such as having sex without protection and got HIV for example..which is come form you short time happiness,but the sadness from the HIV is stay with you forever...so what do you think about this topic please share you idea and opinion.
