do your cats like being brushed?

yes they love when i am brushing their hair even they got sleep through it

My girl does, but when she has tangles she will complain about it. My boys do not really like it too much because they would rather play around, or go have some fun. My cats are really a lot like people. My girl is a typical female cat, and my boys are boys.

My girls go CRAZY when they even hear you get the brush out let alone see it. My one cat will start "talking" and rub up against it like a dog looking for attention, she gets in different stances, purrs, talks, and enjoys it so much. The other likes to be brushed but she can only keep her attention to it for a little while, she'd almost rather be pet then brushed. The thing I hate is when I am brushing the one girl she moves away and expects you to move to her..lol. Cats are so cool!!

No,our Tigger would maim anyone who tried to brush him.
Actually,I fear for the safety of any one other than my wife and I who would try and even stroke him
And sometimes I fear for us
He is a proper wildcat,and I dont think its in his genes to be a lap kitty.
He is loveable enough,but when he loses it,he can be a tad rough

Awwww ... your cat sounds just like my TJ! I have three cats ... TJ, 5 years old ... Lucky, 14 months old and Teddy, 8 years old. TJ is the only cat that loves to be brushed. He is an orange striped tabby cat with luxurious long hair! When he sees the brush ... like your cat ... he runs to it! He actually jumps on the brush! It's a wire brush and he just loves it on his skin! He'll let you brush every part of his body and doesn't want you to stop! He loves it on his furry cheeks and his tail and stomach. He's got a very fluffy tail ... I call it my cotton candy tail! My other two cats really don't like to be brushed at all.
