It tells us that life is around. If the leaves and grass is green, all is good. (with the acception of winter and fall, it's still good just life is more dormant)

I don't really think about jealousy when I see green. I know that it has been associated with that, but I never really got that. And wealth is another one that I can definitely see being green.
