When I was 18 years old.I tried applying for McDonalds just for fun.Accidentally I passed the interview and they accepted my application eventhough I will turn 18 a week after my interview. It was fun and it helped me improved my personality.I become people oriented person.I learned how to deal with different types of people.I learned how to do budget.I became a party assistant as well for McDonalds.I was always placed at the counter.I am always a counter person because of my personality of being happy all the time and jolly when I am infront of people. And would you believe I learned to cook spaghetti bec. of McDonalds. I also worked at Carl's Jr. as a counter person. So basically I owe a lot to McDonalds because working there boosted my self-esteem and I was never shy anymore. How about you when you worked in a fast food chain did it improve your personality? hi pinks...i worked at a subway sandwich place for a few months. it was the first time i had a job dealing with the public and i was shocked. most customers were mean or in a bad mood. sometimes i longed for just one nice customer to come in a day and then i'd be alright. i found i could talk to the people okay. so it probably helped my personality. i never thot about it that way. but it probably was beneficial.

It definitely helped.Imagine you will be dealing with irate customers or demanding customers and some other type of person. If you are going to work in a regular office...you've gone through a lot of these people so it will not be a problem anymore if you are going to deal with a demanding boss, you definitely know how to handle it.

I just we just have to ignore those rude people that we deal with everyday as long as we do our job and loving the experience that's our reward to ourselves.
