mom is having sleep problems

Well,if your kind mom is more than 50 years old,I think it'll be kinda normall to have sleep problems coz my mom had suffered the same problem before.After taking the medicine "Melatonin(MT)" which you can refer by google search,the situation changed a lot,she can have a good sleep untill the next morning.Good luck with your mom.You're very kind.

Taling about some thing natural I tell she should be engaged in some work. I asked my mother to be engaged and she has fone back to stitching. Now she can sleep a lot better even though as I would prefer.
