Where to train to maximise exp

well u should go to the dungeon near brimhaven. theres many different monsters to fight.and some of em give good drops so u can get some money while u train. before heading to the dungeon bring an axe and at least 1k theres a fee for entering the cave i cant remember how much it is i think its 800gp

One of the best spots I know of is open to f2p. Lvl 50 spiders down in the stronghold of security is fast xp. As a member I believe there is a place in the desert where bandits are supposedly good xp as well, but I have not tried that yet. But spiders for sure are fast xp, p2p or f2p.

good thing you have 43 prayer. i suggest you do monkey madness quest if you havn't already as you will now be able to access the gorrilla gaurds for training. I think they are lvl 169? but dont worry as you have protect from melee. Your 76 attack is more than enough to hit quite often on them. Use your best weapons for attack and armour that add strength bonuses. ( dont worry about good armour for the defence bonus as protect from melee). There is an altar where u can pray to have infinite protect melee and ultimate strength/ reflex prayers. You can also invest in 70 prayer for a massive 23% str prayer. at 90attack and 92 str my freind can get upwards of 80k attack exp per hour with whip and super attack pots with dba spec.
