control anger

I saw a movie recently that addressed this subject. It was "The Incredible Hulk"
I suggest watching this movie for tips on anger control.

Taking a deep breathe and count from one to nine, then I will control my anger.However, it doesn't work all the time. Anger is not good anyway.

i think there is no any medicine for controlling anger..
i always try to control it..
you can control your anger but for that you have to just think about the cause which create your anger.. some time people show their anger for their child or in front of there children, i think it is not good for them or their children, we should think what is the reason behind it and what ll we do when we are in place of them..
to remove our anger we should share our problem to other or our good friends.. and we should try to create a positive atmosphere,,
i think when we want to do anything and if that thinking is very strong we always don it.. so we can also defeat our anger.. this is not difficult.

I started a similar discussions few days ago, wherein some of the respondents told me that it is better to start counting, when you are about to get angry or to drink a glass of water to control the anger. Else, do not react at all, when there is an unpleasent situation. I apply this tricks in my day to day life and succeed. But sometimes, I cannot control my anger, even if I wish.
