Is XP is better than Vista?

I still work with that vista sh*t! I did that mistake while purchasing the notebook. Now I have to pay again to buy that xp.

I could say that XP is easier to use than Vista, as a personal experience. Yes, Vista may look cool but it has many requirements and complains/preferences when it comes to hardware, it complained about my printer, digital camera, and even my cellphone and webcam. There's too much problem when installing your old gadgets when you're using Vista, unlike in XP where it easily recognizes them.

I guess Vista is trying to tell us that if you could afford to shift to another operating system, then you can afford to upgrade all the hardware you need or want to use, hehehe..

Oh well, only time could tell if I'd shift to Vista but for now I'd rather keep my XP. It's like the time when we all were used to using Windows 95 then 98 came along then shortly XP came. It took us more time to shift because we felt that since our Windows 95 and 98 were working okay, why the need to upgrade right? But only time could tell when you truly need to upgrade. But I'm not a believer of joining in with society in everything.

You could understand why they preferred XP still when Vista was launched because they experienced troubles like I did. Plus, initially we don't really like anything that's new because it's pretty obvious that they still have a lot of bugs to fix since it's first introduced to the community for use. It's better to use it AFTER they've fixed problems. It's more convenient, and you're sure that you won't be one of their test-dummies for their new product.

I think XP is better than Vista as it won't have a very high requirement for the hardware of the computer. And many software and games support to XP. It seems XP is still much more popular than Vista.

xp is better than vista if u have older system.

if ur system is new with core2 duo, and more than 2 gb of ram and a descent graphics card like above 128 mb, vista will prove better than xp in all respect.The only one problem with vista is,it needs high end PC,which makes it less effective then XP.
