Have you seen any black and white movie?  

Of course... I was born at a time when most films were in black and white... and , obviously, at that time all TVs only showed black and white. It probably seemed as strange to us to see 'colour' as it does for you to see 'black and white'

hi, i have seen some of the black and white movies. the one which i remember is a movie named Devdas. this particular is being remaked again and again in various languages and even now it is made as a color movie. but it's great that we can see color movies now cause i feel in the black and white movies we miss the beauty of the nature and many more. thanks for sharing. happy mylotting friend.

I've seen several black and white movies...some of my fav flicks are actually older black and white films like The Elephant Man, Hunchback of Notre Dame and Wait Until Dark...along with the original The Haunting, The Innocents (movie version of book Turn of the Screw) and several other flicks...

I've seen few black and white movies and I really liked it. I've seen Charlie Chaplin's movies ("The Great Dictator", "The Gold Rush" and few others), Fritz Langg's "Metropolis" (in my opinion the best black and white movie)and "Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror" by F. W. Murnau. Both "Metropilis" and "Nosferatu" are also silent films - dialogues are shown on separate boards.

Yes. I have seen and watched movies in black and white. I usually borrow or buy cds of old movies. I have watched Audrey Hepburn's movies in black and watch, and it's fascinating to watch these kind of movies. :)

I have not watched any black and white movie in my life but I have watched black adn white shows on TV. My sister is a big fan of classics film and she loves watching old drama when I was little. I remember it was almost 10 to 15 years ago. As of now, I always tease her for watching such stuff way back even though many dramas are shown in colored.

Wow glad there's a topic like this! I'm a film geek and I love watching the oldies. SOme movies I recommend (black and white) "Cabinet of Dr. caligari" , "Battleship Potemkin", "Wild Strawberries" , "Seventh Seal" . "Seven Samurai" , "Ikiru" etc. Actually I want to post them all but it would take hourse for me to post them all. But Just a reminder if you're not an arthouse film lover maybe you will just get bored with these black and whit movies because they aren't the same as the hollywood styled movies that has a common presentation with mind blowing CGI and entertaining scenes. The usual black and white films are very slow in pace and subtle in giving its message but some guys like me really enjoyed these films and besides they are the grandfather of the film industry.

It has been a long long time but yes I have seen some movies in black and white. I can't remember what they were but they were movies that were on tv that had been on when my mom was little that she liked to watch and they were showing them again. I think one of them might have been Miracle On 34th Street.

There are great classics in Black and white like 'witness for the prosecution' and 'the Roman holiday'.I am a great movie buff.For me a movie must be good regardless of it;s color.Strangely as I am responding this one I am going to see another black and whit classic I missed watching '12 angry men'.It is supposed to be a fantastic court room drama.

Yes i have seen many movies in black and white becoz in earlier days the movies were only in black and white nowadays the colored movies we get to watchnad when i saw the screening in color i was little amazed and that we can watch and admire the beauty of the nature as a whole. In colored movie we are given with all the beauty and in black and white we cannot. Happy mylotting.
