do you take oil bath every week?  | |  oIL bath is necessary for each and every human beins as it is very necessaru to reduce the heat.HOWEVER when ti is not taken w ehave to suffer a lot.Galor ear eoppotunities when it is not taken and i have ben suffered alot because of this and i started to take regualrly .Cooling is a proces that must be done often eithe rorally or topically and all if it is observed then it is taken to our health process. Nevertheless the oil bath is obviously necessary to observe the path.

Wel in my county( india), the older generation had oil baths regurly but no a days this is reducing may be because of the busy schedule that we guys have now a days and tis is prob the reason that after certian age our skin tends to look dull. Oil bath is someting that shouldn't be neglected.
