does a word 'sorry' make up the broken relations like before..?

You are so very right!! Telling someone they are sorry is simply stating a word . It is the actions that will speak about weather a person is truely sorry or not . One can say sorry and never do anything to rectify what they have done to hurt you but through their actions they can show you how sorry they are for what they have done . It is much easier to tell one you are sorry then to show them how sorry you are but one who is truly sorry will take the time to show you how sorry they are .

I think saying "sorry" is not enough.
It is just too easy, like you do something wrong, say easy and then evrything is fine? Well not wit hme, I need proof that the persons means it, eather by doing something or by proving it on another way..

Sorry can go a long way it can be the beginning to a new start, but it will never replace what happened. It would take the person saying sorry and the person receiving the sorry to work at the relationship to bring it to where it was prior.

Misunderstandings happen in all kinds of relationships and there is always room to say your sorry, but it has to be accepted before the road to mending the relationship can happen.
