What are good ways to get myself awake in the morning?

well instead of a warm one, i would use a cold one. also, before i get up out of bed, i listen to the 7 am news in the morning and that is usually enough time to wake me up. also you might want to check into why you wake up so tired in the morning!

Set an alarm for the time you want to get up at. Or tell someone in your home who gets up early in the morning.

When I first get up I run hot water over my bath cloth & then wash my face & eyes. Then I go to the refrigerator & drink me an iced cold Coca~Cola. The caffeine in the Coke finishes off what the hot cloth didn't do!!!

have some stretching and breathe deeply. make your window widely open and brethe fresh air. have a hot tea or coffee and go out for jogging. try to make a morning routine.

When you wake up, there are several things you can do to wake up. Don't use a rag, but cup some cold crisp water in your hands and splash it on your face. My roommate uses this Clean&Clear face wash that's supposed to give you a clean, fresh feeling that wakes you up. Doing two or three different stretches will also wake you up.

Get up, put on the radio loud, dance to the wake up songs, slide the curtain and let the sun in, wash face with not-too-cold-but-not-too-warm-either water, brush your teeth, have a cup of coffee... and you're good to go:)

Well when I am in my working hours in the office is that at first i always looking forward to sleep in the night as early as 10pm and for sure when you wake up in the early morning you will have a good day and if things you cannot prohibited by sleeping especially when you are bored with your work and a cup of coffee would helped a lot to make you awake or even something to eat would do.....
