|  I was distraught that the Eagles lost...it was a great game. I couldn't believe how exciting it was. You'd think it was mid-season the way they were all playing.
How do you think they will fair against The Mighty Pittsburgh Steelers? Any predictions? I'm calling Eagles 27-Steelers 17. Any one want to join in the fun?

| |  The Eagles/Cowboys game was a great one. I did get the score wrong but I did pick the winner only because I have to stay true to my Texas team or I would have had no idea. I am thinking that Jessica must have left the stadium since the cowboys won. hahaha As for the Egales/Steelers game.....I have no idea. Now my son in law I'm sure would pick the Steelers, he is a huge steeler fan even though he lives in Texas.

| | I am Eagles girl all the way, but I do really love the Steelers to...Big Ben...YUM...uh...but that aside....::cough:: Um...score? I was totally wrong on the Dallas game. I called what they had at about 2/3 of the way through the game...but I was dead wrong on the outcome too. : ( It was a barn burner though wasn't it? I did enjoy it immensely!

| |  That was probably the best game of the weekend. I like the Eagles way better than the Cowboys, but for some reason I did pick the Cowboys to win that game. Good thing too, as I really needed that point in my football pool. I hope that the Eagles will take the Steelers, but I don't know that it'll be a 10 point spread.

| |  I'm not a fan of much sports at all, but I think the absolute worst thing Andy Reid did was to get rid of Garcia....the guy who LED them to the Super Bowl. I just don't think McNabb can maintain consistency - they need a proven backup. It was like he got punished for showing up their star QB.

| | Garcia is a great Quarterback...he pulled that season out of the toilet for sure! He did move on to Tampa Bay and is doing well there. Myself, I am a McNabb fan, and he does show brilliance on the field as well...The Big man can MOVE when he wants too, and has a rocket arm. His health is always a question...I do agree with you there, but he IS looking good and healthy right now. I'm liking what I am seeing.

| | I can see Dawkins going for that shoulder too. Big Ben is a brilliant Quarterback, but as you pointed out, he's hurt. He's obviously affected by it too. I think we have a good chance too. I always liked the Steelers growing up in W. Va. They were my team...but I moved to Philly as a young adult, and fell for the Eagles. ::wink:: They are gritty.

| |  The Cowboys and Eagles gave us an exciting game. I told my sister that anyone would have thought they were playing a "playoffs" game or the SuperBowl (I know SuperBowl games are contest between the two divisions). There were no chances to read my book while the game was playing; I would have missed something exciting. There were mistakes on both sides, but the teams worked together to give us super entertainment.

| | They did come off like it was a BIG game, and for us it was. Dallas is ALWAYS a big game. I am looking forward to Sunday's game with the Steelers, I believe it's a one o''clock game....I hope it's as good as that one was. I'll be on the edge of my seat again. ::clenches chair::
Yes, you are right there were mistakes on both sides....Romo wasn't as composed as usual, and there were some obvious mistakes by the Eagles...Jackson's silliness; Westbrook missing that hand-off at the end of the game.

| |  Sorry Kashigurl, I'm a lifetime Cowboys fan and was super excited about the outcome of the game. Hope we can still be friends, lol. I'm going to root for your Eagles this week because my sister is a Steelers fan and we compete for the better record every year. So go Eagles!!!! I'll call the score of Eagles 24 - Steelers 21.
