Sleep: how many hours you sleep in a day

I usually get about 6-8 hours of sleep a night. Now I get about 4 hours the first time I go to sleep and then after the kids go to school I might lay down for a few more hours and sleep before I have to go to work.

Well it does vary everyday. But on average i do sleep a lot. Most of the time i sleep like 12 hours a day. Unless i cant like i have to go somewhere like college or something. Then i may be sleeping less because i sleep quite late. Most of the time in the holidays i always sleep a lot though.

I sleep mostly 7 to 8 hours a day because we need energy to work hard and to be active in our work if i sleep less in that day i cannot do my work properly and correctly and i don't like to do my work so i sleep for 7 to 8 hours day.
