Does your leg ever skake uncontrollably while sitting?

i get this in my one arm if i have been leaning on it, i assumed it was due to poor circulation my self but never looked into it any further

That is nothing. It is normal to have the vertical up and down motion of the leg.
Actually it is not any disease. Just put your heel on the floor or lift the toes above ground it will vanish.
I can assure you it is no neurological disease.
If you are stressed do some long and deep breathings you will feel relaxed.
Check your blood pressure if you have headaches at the back of yoor head.
Or if you have pain in head after waking up.
