weight and height is decided by the genes and not by the man.Hence we need certain qualities to have things den by us.To everyone grows and develops on the same schedule, BUT MANY THINGS AWE CHANGED DUE TO THE HEAVY DECIDING FACTORS.But teens do go through a period of faster growth. During puberty,ESPECIALLY FOR FEMALES GROWTH IS ALMOST LIMITED AT CERTAIN PERIOD and hence their hormones i mean other hormones do effectively things that are good for our health and almost nice to have those.

HOWEVER HUMANS HAVE MANY TYPE OF CHARACTERS TO DEDUCE THE THINGS THAT ARE yet to be decided well and hence it has to be taken car to give prominent measure to have things goes on.the body begins making hormones that spark physical changes like faster muscle growth (particularly in guys) and spurts in height and weight gain in both guys and girls. Once these changes start, they continue for several years. The average person can expect to grow as much as 10 inches (25 centimeters) during puberty before he or she reaches full adult height.

To figure out your BMI,body mass index is largely decides things which are yet to be effectively given certain measures to be given and hence it has to be decided very famous prominent measures with all good things to be done.HOWEVER use the tool below. Before you start, you'll need an accurate height and weight measurement. Bathroom scales and tape measures aren't always precise. you must all give full focused things to all various pressures and it la gives you very talented height and weight. So the best way to get accurate measurements is by being weighed and measured at your doctor's office or school.
