| Have you ever ridden your bike in the dark and hit a big rock?  | | | |  So i ride my mountain bike to work at least twice a week to save on gas right now, well it's 12 miles so it takes me a little over an hour to ride it out on the bike trails. So here i am haulin butt down a trail with my head down so i could see because it was windy and as soon as i looked up there was a huge rock in the middle of the path and i smoked it. I ended up flying head over heels over the handlebars and really skinned up my knee and elbow and was just furious. Anyway does anybody else out there have any hilarious biking stories to share? I felt like a complete dumbass about it but now i can pretty much laugh about it.

God, you are lucky you did not hurt yourself more seriously young man!
My son did a cool trick there when he was in Colorado as well..LOL..on his bicycle no less and was going down a hill over something or other and broke his collarbone in 3 places(the right)...St Anthonys told him to go home and it would be fine...hahhaha losers!!!! So of course I was up here and could not help him, but I found a surgeon to fix it for him down there with payments..omg Dookie..you dont want to be on that show 'SCARRED', now do you? | |  Most of my night riding is off road so I don't consider it a good ride unless I hit the ground at least once. Fortunately I am usually going slower at night so it doesn't hurt as much as durring the day
