I'm looking for new stuff that me and my son can do together?

I have a one yr old little boy and I'm a single parent. We spend alot of time outdoors but now thats its starting to cool off and hes prone to ear infections and being sick all the time I need some new ideas on what we can do together that will be fun and educational. Gradyn was born 2 months early and has been ahead of most kids his age. he walked early, he drank from a sippy early, he sat up and rolled over early, and now he tried to sweep the floor, loves to vacuum with him little vacuum cleaner and when he spills something he runs to the kitchen gets the hand towel off the fridge handle and cleans it up hes very smart and has more then an array of words that he says, hes starting to make sentences and we're already potty training he hates the diapers and when he needs to go he goes to the potty and tries to yank his diaper off so we're ahead in alot of things but I am looking for something eductaional and just plain fun! so if you have any ideas they would be greatly appreciated!
