runescape membership

My son has a runescape membership and he pays for it by sending the money every month. There is a place on the site that gives you an address to send the money. It takes a few days to actually go into effect, but that's how he does it.

On Runescape's website, under Help>Customer Support>Billing are the payment options. There's a button for each method that will expand into a list of FAQ for that payment type.
I use the recurring credit card option; because it's the cheapest, and it's quick and easy.
It looks like you're asking how to fund Paypal. On Paypal's website, you can add a funding source, whether credit card or bank account, which will be used if you don't have funds in your Paypal account. It takes a few days to set up a bank account and verify it.
But, if you're going to fund your Paypal account by credit card, you might as well pay for Runescap with a credit card and save about $2 per month.

Personally, I pay for my membership via my bank account debit card. It's easy to start and stop membership. It's fast, easy, and definitely the cheapest way to pay for membership. I often stop it when I find myself not playing as much or I'm working on something that can be done just as easily in free to play.
