Hatley, I don't think it's a matter of agree or disagree. When a MOB of "think alikes" all from the same area of the world contend that they were offended (there was NO offense as DOZENS of members can tell you), they simply minus ANYTHING that I say.

If I were to write "God Is Love" you can bet your sweet patootie that they'd minus that, simply to achieve their evil end.

Keep your identity. If it helps at all, I value it. I find humor, sarcasm and a HELL of a lot more in your dicussions than I do in those of an ENTIRE NATION.

Like you, I'm an adult and I NEVER rate a minus. If I find something not worthy of rating, I just move on by, open another Natural Light and I don't have to worry about my conscience.

I don't know how is minus-ing members like this. But I guess it's the only way they can feel like a big person. So I try not to begrudge them their little feelings of superiority. There are those who congregate en masse, machetes in hand, to DESTROY you and your reputation if you say ANYTHING that they disagree with.

The less "popular" one is the more closed the butt is. As one gains in popularity, it opens more and more until, when you've finally reached the apex, it poops!

That final achievement would equate to the present value of the star rating.
