I am pretty down these days  | |  I have a cold and flu for a week now and lately I am feeling its effects as my condition seems to be worsening or should I say not improving. I am taking vitamin C, try to take as much water as I can and last night my boyfriend even prepared a calamansi (lemon) juice for me, but this virus jusr won’t get out of my system. I blame it on the weather, the extreme heat and then heavy rains. Anyway, i really hope my health would improve soon.

| | 2.  sandymay16 (1303) | 1 year ago |  Me too if ever I have a flue I blame it on the weather. It's really humid even when raining. I am taking vitamin C regularly but still I caught the virus. I have tried drinking kalamansi juice but it must be warm and no sugar instead put a pich of salt, or try kalamansi juice no water about 7 pieces then put a tablespoon of honey. It's good for the throat which usually gets a little sore when you have flu.
