how do you like your salmon?  | |  how do you love to make your salmon? with rice potatoes, with sauce, with pasta etc... how do you like the presentation of your salmon... Me, i try many presentation and love all.. but i love the salmon with a white sauce, i think its lemon and something else.....dont remember the name, i eat the salmon in general with that.. sure with some rice too and maybe vegetable with that too.

Yummy, salmon.. one of my favourite dishes, I serves my salmon in many ways, I tried marinade them in fresh lemon juice for a few hours, fry the salmon without oil and season them with pepper and salt and serve them with bake or boil potatoes with some cheese.
Sometime I like to marinade the salmon with white wine, soy sauce,oyster sauce,lemon juice,some finely chopped garlic and ginger then sprinkle some black pepper and left for a few hours then grilled them ..and served it with lots of vegetable, like Aspargus,Carrots,Cauliflower,Mushrooms..whats ever I'm craving for.
