Obama's gain the past few weeks is still there. He gained the states of Virginia and Nevada. He still risks losing ground in Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Missouri and Ohio. Obama leads in all but us very risky in Colorado, North Carolina and Florida.
These are very important states, not because they are usually leaning red states now polling for Obama, but right now has put McCain's campaign in defense. This is the reason why McCain cede Michigan to Obama.
We can see that Palin has been used to engage in Florida recently. She is in Pennsylvania now, where Obama leads by 10%. McCain now have to look both ways. Obama can counter the move now by going to Obama and shore up support himself there. He is right now in Indiana.
What is surprising is that McCain and Biden have not been the main attractions wherever they go. It now seeming to be Obama vs Palin. Biden is playing defense in states that are leaning blue. McCain is courting wherever Palin goes and shielding her from interviews. She is the ultimate attack but the weakest defense his campaign has.
First was the media blackout by McCain to protect Palin from all other networks except FOX. Now, he goes further saying that he would not allow anybody other than Sean Hannity and Greta Van Susteren to interview Sarah Palin. They are right now fearing people like Bill O within FOX news interviewing her. This is as bad as MSNBC in the past not wanting to interview Hillary.

As for your point, they are trying to do that. But the fact is that Obama also has that similar gravitating effect that Palin has and what McCain and Biden do not. Right now, Obama can make a tit-for-tat move as what my point was to level out her gains.
What the McCain campaign needs is for something huge to happen, like a terrorist attack or an assassination attempt on Obama to change the game. | |  I wonder what made them allow Greta to interview Palin? She's not a right-wing extremists like most of Fox, at least not what I've seen of her, but most of what I see of her isn't really political but more when she focuses on legal cases and murders/missing persons topics. The McCain camp has to be in a real panic mode bynow. Just the idea that Indiana is still in play and they're losing right now in North Carolina is really telling, in my opinion. I'm so thankful my state of Pa. is now falling in place!

| |  Thanks for all this hard work,good job,the past day or so swing states have busted Acorn right and left.
Nevada busted these crooks today, there is 1,800 voter's registrations and only 6 are legal,the FBI took 12 out of a voters ballot box in another swing state all with the same name,other swing states are busting Acorn offices,at one place the FBI took 20 computers and lot's of box's of papers,the devil himself could be ahead in these swing states,our 2008 election has been high jacked by Acorn and rheir employees and of course in Barack Obama's favor.
October is a spooky month and this is October the month of trick or treat.
I heard tonight Barack Obama's con artist slum lord pal of twenty plus year's wants to cut a deal,the Chicago judge has set aside Tony Rezko's date to go bye-bye for many years,his home won't any longer be that mansion of his that sets on the hill but it will be cold steel prison bars.
I wonder what he want to use to cut his lesser time sentences and I bet old con artist Tony Rezko sure dose know a whole lot about what really came down on the east side of Chicago.
I wonder if he wants to talk a lot more about what is at this link below, being Barack Obama's name was bought up in his trial numbers of times, CNN has reported at the link below.
