Fast Food and Nutrition

I can't believe that you would even suggest that completely accurate statement! LOL... No I do agree that if we had less then well a lot of fast food chains we would be a happier nation. A very much healthier nation to boot!

I don't think the so called experts would ever be happy I am quite sick of hearing about obesity and then teenagers being too skinny, it wouldn't worry me how far I had to go for my McDonalds I would still find them..I think people should stop making such a big deal out of these things, people are not forced fed, we make out own decisions on what we like and what we want to eat...

That could really be true there. It is always a matter of choice of the person if he/she goes to eat at some fast food joint and the effect would most likely to become obese if it's regular. There are also other factors but fast food is definitely the one of the biggest contributor if not the biggest. Being of choice, if we have no choice other than to eat at restaurants with healthier foods, if as what you mentioned less fast food in general, there would be less risk of being obese.

People choose them for the very reason you mentioned. But if we remove that choice, it would most likely have the opposite effect of being obese which is to be healthier.

I don't think that this is only America's problem, but a worldwide problem. I agree that fast food is bad for the health, and i only eat it from time to time, but there are people out there who are addicts, and practically it's their own decision to eat or not to eat that kind of food since it's their money.
