I teach in one of the universities here in our city. In my kind of work, it doesn't really matter if my boss is a male or female. What matters most is the dedication and commitment they have for the job.

| |  Actually I dont mind a female or male boss as long as I they are good and capable to be a boss.
So far I've been working with male and female bosses and eveything is running ok and I couldn't find the negative side of being with female or male boss.
It will be negative when he or she is not a good boss... ussually we blame it on the way they act..
